So I went into this planning to make butternut squash soup and ended up with this. It’s pretty much just butternut squash soup with apples, but it tastes SOO freaking good.
Smoothies are my fav. They make for an easy snack or lunch depending on what you throw in. Today I made a simple “peanut butter and jelly” smoothie.
It’s been getting kind of cold here in New York, so today I decided to make some oatmeal. I love oatmeal because 1. It’s healthy 2. It’s easy to make 3. It’s really versatile-you can throw in whatever you’re craving.
I used to never eat breakfast. In college I would get through the morning on like 18 coffees and maybe a Special K bar I thought was healthy, but then I’d be starving at lunch.
