So I went into this planning to make butternut squash soup and ended up with this. It’s pretty much just butternut squash soup with apples, but it tastes SOO freaking good.
It’s been getting kind of cold here in New York, so today I decided to make some oatmeal. I love oatmeal because 1. It’s healthy 2. It’s easy to make 3. It’s really versatile-you can throw in whatever you’re craving.
Humpday thoughts: I think we are all walking different roads in this life. We were all born into different families and circumstances, and therefore develop different perspectives and purposes.
I used to never eat breakfast. In college I would get through the morning on like 18 coffees and maybe a Special K bar I thought was healthy, but then I’d be starving at lunch.
