I used to never eat breakfast. In college I would get through the morning on like 18 coffees and maybe a Special K bar I thought was healthy, but then I’d be starving at lunch.

Who doesn’t love a good snack?? Like hey, would you like a snack? Why yes, yes I would. Snacks are great, and in the 9-5 (9-7?) world, food is always around. Bagels in the break room, chips in the vending machine and swedish fish in the socks.
Granola’s awesome but a lot of times the stuff you buy in the grocery store is loaded with sugar and random shiz you don’t need in your bod.
