Smoothies are my fav. They make for an easy snack or lunch depending on what you throw in. Today I made a simple “peanut butter and jelly” smoothie.
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2/3 cup raspberries
1 cup almond milk
Just blend everything together and top with raspberries! Feel free to add chia seeds, flax seeds or acai powder for an extra healthy boost!
