Simple and Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

Allllllll pumpkin errrythingg, am I right?!

This recipe is great for fall and super easy to make!

Ingredients:

2 large frozen bananas

1/4 cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree

2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/4 tsp. each of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

Directions:

BlendΒ all of the ingredients together. Top off with a little pumpkin and some more spices if desired. Viola!!!
