Healthy and Super Easy Homemade Ice cream

I am. All you need in this life of sin are some NANERS.

The following recipe is for Banana Cinnamon Ice Cream, but below it you can find a list of other delicious ice cream ideas:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 FROZEN bananas

3 tablespoons of coconut milk or almond milk

1 tbsp of cinnamon

Feel free to add some honey, coconut sugar or dates for a sweeter flavor!

Directions: 

First, take your NANERS out of the freezer, peel them, cut them and put them in a blender.

Add the milk and cinnamon and blend! Feel free to add a little more milk if it’s too thick.

And viola you’ve got some delicious ice cream you can eat for breakfast!!!

If banana cinnamon ice cream isn’t your thing, replace the cinnamon with any of the following:

3 TbSp. of cocoa powder + 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for Chocolate Banana Ice cream

1/2 cup of frozen  strawberries for Banana Strawberry Ice cream

3 tbsp. of peanut butter for Banana Peanut butter Ice cream

3 tbsp. of Nutella for Banana Hazelnut Ice cream
