Black Bean Veggie Burgers Using Juicer Pulp

Like juicing but hate wasting the leftovers? SAME. Let’s make some BURGZ.

Ingredients:

1 can 16 oz. black beans drained

1 cup juicer pulp

1 onion minced

2 tbs. olive oil

1/2 cup of flour or rolled oats

2 cloves of garlic chopped

2 tbs. chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of cumin

1/2 teaspoon of oregano

Directions:

Pour black beans and flour/oats into a bowl and mash well until its one big MUSH. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Form into 4 different patties. Oil a pan and fry for about 4 minutes each side. VIOLA. Chu done girl.
